Returns/Faulty Equipment
Do not send back any items that you consider faulty until you have spoken to a representative of Spray Tan Solutions NZ, most faults can be rectified by talking to one of our staff members.
If you have purchased our equipment from one of our distributors you need to return it to them for repair.
As we stock a range of tanning brands please send us an email sales@spraytansolutions.co.nz detailing the issue and we will contact you to rectify the situation. If there is a fault we will email you a returns form to submit.
Spray Tanning Solution/Change of Mind
Spray Tan Solutions NZ will not accept any tanning solution back. Please choose carefully.
Should you make an order and require it to be changed please contact us ASAP by email sales@spraytansolutions.co.nz
If you have not tried our products before we suggest that you try the sample size first.
Spray Tan Solutions NZ does not accept returns for change of mind, do not send back any items without talking to a staff member first.
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied with any returns.
Incorrect Orders
Whilst every order shipped is checked and double checked from time to time a mistake can sneak through, if you have received an item that you didn't order please contact HQ at sales@spraytansolutions.co.nz and a replacement will be shipped out with a returns bag. Do not use the item or we will not be able to accept the return.
Pop Up Tents
All Pop up spray tan tents are individually checked prior to being packed into their boxes. Should the tent be damaged as a result of over bending it will not be covered under warranty. Bindings in tents are joined at the bottom of each tent by a special clipping. A 30 day grace period applies for any tents that have torn at any seams after this time there is no warranty
