MONDAY 15th November & TUESDAY 16th November 2021 there will be no orders dispatched on these days. Our warehouse sustained roof damaged during the freak rain storm here in Blenheim recently and while the repairs are carried out we will have no access to package orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may caused. All orders will resume from Wednesday 17th November. Thank you for your understanding.


When will my order be dispatched?

If you place your order before 11am on a weekday we will aim to dispatch same day. Orders are processed and shipped Mondays to Fridays only, excluding public holidays.

During promotional sale periods please allow for additional delays but we will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible.


  • South Island targeted overnight delivery to all Metro areas. Excludes RURAL addresses. We Use Post Haste Couriers on an Overnight service however delays can occur. 
  • North Island delivery is a two day service with overnight delivery on request. We use Post Haste Couriers however delays can occur.
  • NZ RURAL delivery takes additional time please allow 3-7 days, we suggest a work address be supplied for a fast and efficient delivery. Rural deliveries will be sent via Pass The Parcel, Post Haste or New Zealand Post.

    Our courier service default is signature required and if you're not home when delivery occurs a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or pickup from depot.
    If you provide us with an Authority to Leave Spray Tan Solutions NZ will not be held liable for lost, missing or stolen packages from your address. Please advise in the note section at checkout time a safe place to leave your parcel.

    What should I do if my order has not arrived?

    To track and check the status of your order please click the link attached in your shipping confirmation email and enter your tracking number. We will notify you via email when your package is in transit and ready for delivery.

    Public Holidays & Stat Holidays mean no pickups, so please ensure when booking around the Christmas & Easter periods etc that this is taken into consideration.
    Our offices are closed all Public/Stat days and courier pick ups/deliveries are not working on these days either.

    EVERY YEAR AT CHRISTMAS we have shut down dates and will be closed.

    2021 Christmas our last day for taking orders will be Thursday 23rd December 12pm. Reopening 5th January, any orders placed while we are shut down will be couriered out on the 5th of January upon our return.
