NZ DELIVERY

Christmas Closure Dates.

Spray Tan Solutions will be closed from 4pm Friday 20th December 2019 and reopening Friday 3rd January 2020. All orders placed during this time will be couriered out upon our return.

 

  • South Island targeted overnight delivery to all Metro areas. Excludes RURAL addresses. We Use Post Haste Couriers on an Overnight service however delays can occur so please contact us if you do not have your order within 3 days
  • North Island delivery is a two day service with overnight delivery on request. We use Post Haste Couriers. Delays can occur so please contact us if you do not have your order within 3 days.  
  • NZ RURAL delivery takes an extra day for delivery so please allow 2-4 days, we suggest a work address be supplied for a fast and efficient delivery time. Rural deliveries will be sent via Pass The Parcel or New Zealand Post (tracked & signature required) 
  • Pick up - Blenheim Office collection is available please email to arrange collection time.
  • Courier cut off time is at 11am daily as our couriers collect between 12.30-2.30pm Mon-Fri. If your order is received after this it will be picked up the following weekday.

    We advise that should you need something for the weekend to be on the safe side please ensure you order before WEDNESDAY 11am.


    Our service is signature required and if you are not home when delivery occurs a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
    If you provide us with an Authority to leave we cannot take any responsibility for missing packages or Stolen Products from your address.
    Please discuss with us prior to ordering otherwise it will default as Signature Required. Thanks

    Please note: While every intention is made to ensure your orders are shipped the same day as placement we are only in the office between the hours of 9-5pm. As mentioned above anything placed after 11am goes the following business day.
    Should there be any promotional sales & discounts this can increase our daily order flow and an extra day for processing will be required.

    When your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number with all the information.

    If your delivery is delayed or has not arrived please contact us and we can lodge a request with Post Haste.

    If your item is picked up on a Friday afternoon please see above delivery time frames as there is no guaranteed weekend service available at this point. (Some drivers will deliver on a Saturday but we have no control over this) 

    PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
    Public Holidays & Stat Holidays mean no pickups, so please ensure when booking around the Christmas & Easter periods etc that this is taken into consideration.
    Our offices are closed all stat days and courier deliveries and pick ups are not working on these days either so please make sure you are aware of this if ordering for dates around Xmas , Easter & new year etc.

    EVERY YEAR AT CHRISTMAS we have shut down dates and will be closed.

    2019 Christmas our last day for taking orders will be Friday 20th December 4pm. Reopening 3rd January, any orders placed while we are shut down will be shipped out on the 3rd of January upon our return.
