• South Island targeted overnight delivery to all Metro areas. Excludes RURAL addresses. We Use Post Haste Couriers on an Overnight service however delays can occur so please contact us if you do not have your order within 3 days
  • North Island delivery is a two day service with overnight delivery on request. We use Post Haste Couriers. Delays can occur so please contact us if you do not have your order within 3 days.  
  • NZ RURAL delivery takes an extra 2 days so please allow 3-5 days, we suggest a work address be supplied for a fast and efficient delivery time. Rural deliveries will be sent via Pass The Parcel or New Zealand Post (tracked & signature required) 
  • Pick up - Blenheim Office collection is available please email to arrange collection time.
  • Courier cut off time is at 11am daily as our couriers collect between 12.30-2.30pm Mon-Fri. If your order is received after this it will be picked up the following weekday.

    We advise that should you need something for the weekend to be on the safe side please ensure you order before WEDNESDAY 11am.

    You have the option to choose signature or non-signature for delivery.

    Our courier service default is signature required and if you're not home when delivery occurs a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or pickup from depot.
    If you provide us with an Authority to Leave Spray Tan Solutions NZ will not be held liable for lost, missing or stolen packages from your address.

    Please note: While every intention is made to ensure your orders are shipped the same day as placement we are only in the office between the hours of 9-5pm. As mentioned above anything placed after 11am goes the following business day.
    Should there be any promotional sales & discounts this can increase our daily order flow and an extra day for processing will be required.

    If your item is picked up on a Friday afternoon please see above delivery time frames as there is no guaranteed weekend service available at this point. (Some drivers will deliver on a Saturday but we have no control over this) 


    What should I do if my order has not arrived?

    To check and track the status of your order please click the link attached in the shipping confirmation email sent to your mailbox. We will notify you via email when your package is in transit and ready for delivery.

    Public Holidays & Stat Holidays mean no pickups, so please ensure when booking around the Christmas & Easter periods etc that this is taken into consideration.
    Our offices are closed all stat days and courier deliveries and pick ups are not working on these days either so please make sure you are aware of this if ordering for dates around Xmas , Easter & new year etc.

    EVERY YEAR AT CHRISTMAS we have shut down dates and will be closed.

    2020 Christmas our last day for taking orders will be Thursday 24th December 4pm. Reopening 5th January, any orders placed while we are shut down will be couriered out on the 5th of January upon our return.
