NZ DELIVERY
When will my order be dispatched?
If you place your order before 11am on a weekday we will aim to dispatch same day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.
During promotional sale periods please allow for additional delays but we will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE WE CAN NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES.
Additional Rural Freight Charges
Additional freight charges may apply to some rural delivery addresses. If your address is identified by our courier as a rural delivery location and the surcharge has not been included at checkout, we will contact you with the additional amount payable before dispatch. Please note Waiheke Island is also classed as Rural.
If you do not wish to pay the rural surcharge, you may provide an alternative non-rural delivery address (such as a workplace, friend, or family member's address) for delivery.
Once dispatched, how long will my order take?

South Island targeted overnight delivery to all Metro areas. Excludes RURAL addresses. We Use Post Haste Couriers on an Overnight service however delays can occur.

North Island delivery is a two-day service with overnight delivery on request additional charges apply to overnight shipping. We use Post Haste Couriers however delays can occur.

NZ RURAL delivery takes additional time; please allow 3-7 days. We suggest providing a work address for faster delivery. Rural deliveries will be sent via Post Haste or New Zealand Post.

If you provide us with an Authority to Leave Spray Tan Solutions NZ will not be held liable for lost, missing or stolen packages from your address. Please advise in the note section at checkout time a safe place to leave your parcel.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and link.
You can also track your order by entering your tracking number into the Bar Code option here: www.posthaste.co.nz/tracktrace.html

What should I do if my order has not arrived?
To track and check the status of your order please click the link attached in your shipping confirmation email and enter your tracking number. We will notify you via email when your package is in transit and ready for delivery.
